Signing into pop free-online with mutt

Add to mutt with its fetchmail function.  Press, `G' to execute.  Add to .muttrc:

set pop_host="pop://username@mail.free-online.net"

cygwin ssh with X forwarding

Also set up cygwin
at home to ssh into work with X forwarding.  Use
ssh -XCY work, use the XYC flag for each hop. Did about
an hour at home.  To use with cygwin install
openssh, xorg-server, xinit.
