openFoam errors and fixes!

From the terminal running paraFoam:

--> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR:
Please supply the offsetMode as one of
3
(
uniform
nonuniform
normal
)

This was from using Paraview 3.12.0 with openFoam 2.3.

Installing updated foam and paraview (well, parafoam) fixed this.  The same directory now works fine.
